Too Busy to Cook?

I've got you! I started freezer meal prepping for my family 5 years ago because I was TIRED of spending a fortune at the drive through for sub-par food. I wanted to KNOW that I was feeding my family a home cooked meal even when I was too busy to cook. 

I've opened up my kitchen to local moms in NWA and want to let you in on my secret! 

Meals are all Family Size Entrees with 6-ish portions! 

Meals will be frozen and can stay in freezer for at least 3 months. 

Our menu changes monthly and meals are cooked in a few ways! Pick the meal that fits your schedule.

How to PrepWERK

1) Join our FB group to see current menu and pick up dates.

 

2) Payments due on Pre-Order, you will have the option to PayPal split payments at checkout.

​

4) Show up at Pick Up location in Lowell AR to get your meals! Be sure to bring a large cooler with you.
