Tread.WERK.Repeat. : Our one of a kind Treadmill Dance Workout! Crystal will lead you through a hour of easy to follow dance and toning moves through a unique workout on and off a treadmill. Dust off that treadmill in the corner holding your clothes and come sweat with us! 

WERK.it: 30 minute (Express) or 50 minute calorie torching dance fitness class! Easy to follow dance and training moves that are both repetitive and FUN. If you have tried dance fitness before and had a hard time following along, this is the class for you! We also move to ALL music genres so things will never get stale. 

WERK.out: These are different each an every class and will combine weights, toning moves, and cardio for an effective workout on your busy days. Try the full WERK.out or 20 minute Express class!

BootyWERK: Use body weight and resistance bands to build the booty of your dreams in this 30 minute express workout. 

 

FootWERK: Not your mommas step class! Easy to follow step class that combines the aerobics of step with toning moves. All set to hit music and sprinkled with sass.
