We’re Crystal and Nikki and we can’t wait for you to join us! Here at WERK Fitness we offer fun and effective fitness classes for all ages and fitness levels. We focus on easy to follow moves that will WERK your whole body. We also offer in person and online personal training as well as nutrition services.
What We Do:
Tread.WERK.Repeat. : Our one of a kind Treadmill Dance Workout! Crystal will lead you through a hour of easy to follow dance and toning moves through a unique workout on and off a treadmill. Dust off that treadmill in the corner holding your clothes and come sweat with us!
WERK DanceFIT: 50 minute calorie torching dance fitness class! Easy to follow dance and training moves that are both repetitive and FUN. If you have tried dance fitness before and had a hard time following along, this is the class for you! We also move to ALL music genres so things will never get stale.
WERKout: 20 minute express workouts. These are different each an every class and will combine weights, toning moves, and cardio for an effective workout on your busy days.
BootyWERK: Use body weight and resistance bands to build the booty of your dreams in this 30 minute express workout.
